1. How to delete your account (in the app)

1. Open the Flowari app.
2. Go to Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account.
3. Read the confirmation and check the box acknowledging that deletion is permanent and that subscriptions are canceled separately in your app store.
4. Tap Delete to confirm.

Deletion is initiated immediately and your access to the Service stops right away.

2. What is deleted

• Personal data (email and account identifier).
• User content (tasks, notes, settings, avatars, AI task data).
• Session tokens and other technical data tied to your account.

3. What may be retained

We may retain limited information required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as subscription transaction records kept by the app stores (Google Play / App Store / RevenueCat). These records are not used to operate your account after deletion.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Deleting your Flowari account does not cancel your subscription. To stop future charges, cancel it in your app store account:

• Google Play: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Flowari → Cancel
• App Store (iOS): Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions → Flowari → Cancel

If you use our Customer Center powered by RevenueCat, you can cancel there as well.

5. Timing of deletion

We begin deletion immediately after your confirmation. Personal data is permanently deleted or anonymized within up to 30 days, except for records we must keep to comply with law. Access to paid features is revoked immediately.

6. Alternative: request by email

If you cannot access the app, you may request deletion by emailing support@flowari.app with the subject “Account Deletion Request” from the email associated with your account. For security, we may ask for verification.
