Flowari — Terms of Service

1. About Flowari

Flowari is an online task and productivity service that provides a free plan with usage limits and optional paid features such as credit packs and daily limit removal. Flowari is a hosted SaaS application and is not licensed or distributed as software for you to install.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old or of legal age in your country to use Flowari. The Service is intended for personal use only. Using Flowari on behalf of a company or organization requires our prior written permission.

3. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account and provide a valid email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity that occurs under it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. Paid Features, Credits, and Subscriptions

Certain features require payment, including:

• purchasing credits/tokens,
• removing daily usage limits,
• other premium features we may introduce.

Prices and available plans are shown in the Service. When purchasing a subscription, you agree to automatic recurring charges until canceled. You can cancel your subscription anytime through your app store account settings (Google Play / App Store); paid features remain active until the end of the billing period. If payment fails, access to paid features may be paused. All payments and subscriptions are processed securely through Google Play or the App Store; we do not store payment card information.

All subscriptions are managed and billed by the respective app store (Google Play / App Store). Deleting your Flowari account does not cancel your subscription and immediately revokes access to paid features. You must cancel the subscription manually in your Google Play / App Store subscription settings (or via the RevenueCat Customer Center). After cancellation, paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period, per store policies.

Refunds are handled by the app store under its policies; Flowari cannot issue refunds directly.

5. License and Intellectual Property

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use Flowari through your account. All code, design, and intellectual property belong to Flowari. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or host Flowari or any part of it.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Flowari, such as tasks, notes, and avatar images (“User Content”). By using the Service, you grant us permission to store, process, display, and back up User Content as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or rights of others.

7. Storage and Availability

We aim to keep Flowari available, but downtime or interruptions may occur. We may change or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for loss of data or access caused by outages. We recommend keeping personal backups of important information.

8. Prohibited Use

• use the Service for illegal activity,
• attempt to disrupt or compromise Service security,
• share or sell access to your account,
• upload harmful, abusive, or illegal content.

9. AI Features

Flowari may include AI-powered tools for generating task suggestions or text. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before using it. We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI output.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowari is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service stops, but these Terms (including intellectual property and limitations of liability) continue to apply. Account deletion through the app or by contacting support will permanently remove your user data from our systems, except where retention is required by law (e.g., subscription transaction records).

Upon account deletion, your access to the Service, including all paid features, is terminated immediately. Account deletion does not cancel your subscription; recurring charges may continue unless you cancel the subscription in your app store settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms over time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
