Flowari — Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Flowari (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use the Flowari service and website (“Service”). By using Flowari, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Data We Collect
We collect only the data necessary to operate the Service:
- Account information: email and password (stored encrypted).
- User content: tasks, notes, settings, and optional avatar images.
- Technical data: basic logs required to run the Service (e.g., request timing, error logs). Flowari does not use advertising cookies, behavioral tracking, or analytics tools.
2. Why We Collect Data
We process your data only to:
- create and maintain your account,
- store and display your tasks and content,
- provide optional paid features (credits, subscriptions),
- deliver support and essential notifications.
We do not sell, rent, or trade user data.
3. Storage of Files and Avatars
User-uploaded files and avatars are stored in private storage buckets. Only your account can access your avatar.
4. Legal Basis (GDPR)
- Performance of a contract: operating the Service, storing your data.
- Consent: for optional push notifications.
- Legitimate interest: maintaining platform security and preventing abuse.
5. AI Processing
Some optional features use AI models to analyze or generate text (e.g., task suggestions). The content you submit for AI processing is sent securely to our AI provider and not used to train public models.
6. Cookies
Flowari does not use analytics or advertising cookies. If technical cookies become necessary (e.g., session cookies), they will only be used to operate the Service.
7. Data Sharing
We may share minimal data only with service providers necessary to run Flowari (e.g., hosting or payment processing). We do not share your data with advertisers or third-party marketers.
AI-generated task features may send text you provide to our AI service provider. This data is processed transiently and not stored permanently outside Flowari.
If Flowari is ever acquired or merged, user data may transfer to the new owner, but will remain protected under this Policy.
8. Data Location
Data may be stored in different regions depending on server and hosting providers. If data is transferred outside the EU, we use lawful safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. Data Retention
We store your data as long as your account is active.
If you delete your account, we begin deletion immediately and complete deletion or anonymization of personal data within up to 30 days, except where longer retention is required by law (e.g., transaction records). Access to paid features is revoked immediately upon account deletion.
You can delete your account at any time in the app. For details, see Account Deletion.
10. Your Rights (EU/EEA)
You may:
- request a copy of your personal data,
- ask us to correct or delete data,
- request data export,
- object to or restrict processing,
- request deletion of your account and data directly in the app settings or by contacting support,
- file a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. To stop future charges, you must cancel the subscription in your Google Play / App Store account (or via the RevenueCat Customer Center) before deleting your account.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
12. Children
Flowari is not intended for children under 13 (or the legal minimum age in your region). If we discover we hold data on a minor without consent, we will delete it.
13. Changes to Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. Continued use of the Service means you accept changes.
